Product Manager
Position summary:
This position reports to the V.P. of Product Management at Incuity. You will be responsible for product definition and planning as well as product marketing. This will include managing the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with development to deliver great products. It will also include working with sales, marketing and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and roadmap, and deliver MRDs to execute on the roadmap.
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Analyze and manage partner relationships for the product.
- Analyze and consult on competitive products.
- Support and train the sales force and demonstrate the product to customers.
- Develop sales tools and collateral materials.
- Develop business plans and pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Required experience and knowledge:
- Demonstrated success defining and launching great software products.
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing software or business intelligence software.
- Minimum of 10 years' product management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Technical background, with experience in software development and/or manufacturing.
- Strong business skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Must be able to travel 25% of the time.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer, API-level Testing, C# in conjunction with NUnit
The Opportunity:
This position is for implementing and supporting the test automation and manual testing tasks in the Quality Assurance group of Incuity. The responsibilities include planning, designing and implementing test automation for our web and client/server based applications. Collaboration with development engineers is essential due to the challenges of a large feature set and complex application states and data usage.
Position
duties:
-
Identify tests that need to be automated.
-
Design the most efficient way to implement automation for tests.

Implement the automation while contributing to and supporting an existing framework from which all tests are developed and maintained.

Work with engineers and marketing to clarify and specify requirements.

Continuously adapt the testing approach to grow with the needs of the project.

Work with staff to analyze results from tests and improve the reporting of the results.
Minimum requirements:

B.S. in Computer Science, similar technical field, or equivalent experience.

API-level Testing.
-
C# in conjunction with NUnit or similar unit testing experience.
-
Experience with the full product release cycle on multiple, successful software projects.

Software test engineering on large projects (test case design, test planning, testing methodologies).

Development or testing of n-tier distributed applications.
- Experience with testing applications involving Windows (XP and 2003), MSSQL Server, .NET
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
